The weather-beaten parts of automatisms as for example the foundation boxes, are made of stainless steel or zinc-coated steel, while the other components, as for example gauge lines, are made basing on its application type of nylon or zinc-coated steel. Making the gears we use high steel and aluminium-bronze. Besides the reducers work in the oil bath to reduce frictions and to prolong duration of automatisms.


To reduce almost to zero the maintenance of the reducers FROM AUTOMAZIONI uses only bearings as its support. Thanks to these bearings the automatic system can provide for noise reduction and its long duration. To avoid shutter knocks during the opening and closing phases the electronic system has a function of motor retardation.

Thanks to the electronic systems of control and to the specific sensors used in the systems, all our automatisms have a high level of security obtained by a constant control of motor power and motor speed. In case of danger or obstacle detection the doors (or the gates) will be immediately moved away by these obstacles themselves.
