From Automazioni is known by its high level of interaction, quality of service and attention to the Client. Now there are about 12 employees at the Company and we export our automation kits able to move wing and sliding gates, garage door and barriers, in all over the world.

Our production is characterized by its quality, reliability, strength and functionality.
A 30-years experience in motor and automatic gates electric panels installation allows us to understand the fitters real needs and the final clients expectations.

Actual production of automatism kits marked by the logo "EN TESTED" is made up of electric panels, gearmotors, sensors etc.. able to make the fitters certification much easier and faster both bureaucratically and technically.
Absence of middlemen helps us to offer the most opportune business conditions to the wholesalers, Italian retailers and foreign importers, who are searching in the binomial QUALITY and CONVENIENCE the way of a solid, reliable and satisfactory collaboration.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The guarantee and use limits of From Automazioni products.
From Automazioni products have 3 year guarantee from the date of production.
Applicazione della garanzia
The guarantee is restricted to reparation or a simple substitution of the goods recognized by FROM AUTOMAZIONI as faulty without any further expenses. Replaced products will be considered FROM AUTOMAZIONI property. The relative travel expenses are at the Client's charge. In such a case FROM AUTOMAZIONI has no duty to assist the latter.
The guarantee is applied only on FROM AUTOMAZIONI components and not on the system where those are inserted.
In case of guarantee application, FROM AUTOMAZIONI sale conditions will not be changed and the protests concerning payment conditions or amounts indicated in the previous or later purchase invoices relative to the moment of the potential faults check, will not be taken into consideration.
GUARANTEE APPLICATION LIMITS.
The guarantee is not applicable if:
-the product results be taken to pieces, opened or reveal any evident crash marks or any other manumission marks.
-the assembly and electrical connection instructions were not respected properly as it was imposed by FROM AUTOMAZIONI.
-the product was used for the other uses different from those they were projected to.
-the automatism components and the electric accessories were used in a different way they were projected to.
-the product was used with the electric accessories not approved by the FROM AUTOMAZIONI.
Product use limitations.
FROM AUTOMAZIONI products are projected and considered as open-close mechanisms (actuators, reducers) for automatic gates and shutters with non-intensive product use.
FROM AUTOMAZIONI products have to be installed respecting all the existing laws concerning the application and the relative electrical directives (CEI directives).
Expedition, transport, delivery and payment.
Wholesalers and distributors can contact us without any engagement to know all the necessary information about our discount system applicable to the quantity.
We rely on the forwarders that guarantee the good delivery in Italy within 24/48 hours from the time of departure from our warehouse. The Client having effectuated the purchase order will be informed by email about the departure date of the order.
If the goods are sent by free port or by carriage forward all the risks are at the addressee's charge in conformity with the existing laws.
In case of complaint the addressee has to:
-formulate immediately the communication of doubt in the Transportation Document in case of damaged goods or in case the relative boxes or beds result be opened or tampered.
-formulate communication of doubt at the Transport Company charge by recorded delivery within 3 (three) days, possibly accompanied by the estimate demand.
-within the same terms as for the recorded delivery ask for the estimate and for the gathering of the susceptible parts to incur the responsibility
If these formalities are not respected within the relative terms, any recourse against the Transport Company will be nullified.
This is at the addressee's charge to control the incoming goods, its conditions, check its quality and quantity, its weight and the article type as it is indicated in the Transport Documentation. With effect from 8 (eight) days no complaint will be taken into consideration.
There is no possibility to return to FROM AUTOMAZIONI the goods properly delivered and not contested except there is the Company's expressed and pre-emptively writing authorization.
The payment for the incoming goods can be made to the delivery carrier on delivery or by an advance credit transfer or by a credit card. The delivered goods remain the FROM AUTOMAZIONI property until the moment of its entire payment.
The purchaser can't pawn the goods or give them as credit guarantee until the moment of its entire payment. In case of a regular good retail the relative credit is considered to be FROM AUTOMAZIONI property.
RIGHT TO RECESS
The purchases made through our website are regulated by the Italian Laws concerning sales by correspondence. For exerting the right to recess the registered user who has received the goods, has 10 workdays at his disposal from the delivery date.For exerting such a right the communication of doubt must be sent, within the above-mentioned terms by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt to:

The expedition of the returned goods package will be, as provided by the Law, except for other contractor's agreements, at the sender's charge, and it must be sent to the above-mentioned address always within 10 (ten) days since the date of the goods reception, properly packed accompanied by the purchase invoice copy. Only in this case we can go ahead for the compensation of the corresponding amount.

We declare under our responsibility that FROM AUTOMAZIONI electro-mechanic actuators are consistent with the National legislative dispositions that transpose the next Community Directives:

These products can't work independently and they are to be incorporated into a system made of the further components. This is why they fall within the Art.6 par.2 of the Directive 2006/42/CE and following modifications, for which we point out the prohibition of its putting to use before having declared the system consistent with the Directive Disposition.

The European Community has introduced a number of norms regulating the sector of automatic gates.
For every new installation or in case of the existing system adjustment it is necessary to give the Conformity Declaration to the Client.

1 - What is the CE mark?
This is a conformity attestation of the product applicable to the European Community Directive made by the producer. It is not the quality mark. Such a mark is mandatory in the European Community countries.

2 - What are the European Community Directives concerning the automation?
The Directives applicable to the motorized gates are:
The Machinery Directive (98/37 CEE)
The Construction products Directive (89/106 CEE)

The Directives applicable to the single components basing on different typologies are:
The Electromagnetic compatibility Directive (89/336 CEE)
The Low Voltage Directive (73/23 CEE)
The Directive R&TTE (1999/5/CE concerning the radio equipmentCEE)

3 - Who is responsible for the automation CE marking?

-the 1st case
The gate (or the door) has the CE label, the motorization has a EC label, there exists an EC declaration that confirms the gate or door combination and its motorization have been tested and the automation results be CE conform. In such a case the fitter is responsible for the only assemblage.
The final automation user signs a declaration that he has been trained to use the automation and that he is informed he has to make a security control of the automation as it imposed in the service and maintenance manuals.

-the 2nd case
There is not any CE declaration that confirms that the gate or door combination and its motorization have been tested (both the door and its motorization must have at least the CE mark of the relative engine builder).
In this case the fitter is responsible for the CE mark of the entire automation, the latter installs the motorization following the instructions, considerately reduces the current risks and applies the recommendations concerning the residual risks.
The final automation user signs a declaration that he has been trained to use the automation and that he is informed he has to make a security control of the automation as it written in the service and maintenance manuals.

4 - Where can we find the CE mark?
The CE mark must be well visible, easy legible and indelible.

5 - Is the retailer and/or the fitter responsible for the EC mark absence on the products he purchases or sells?
Yes, the retailer and/or the fitter before purchasing the product must check if there is an EC mark. Otherwise the National Legislation provides for the specific sanctions.

6 - Is it mandatory to deliver a copy of CE declaration of conformity of the electro-mechanical systems product to the owner?
Yes! The declaration must be kept by producer and its copy is to be given to the owner.

7 - Is the maintenance mandatory? Who is responsible for the missed maintenance?
The maintenance of electro-mechanical system product must be respected as it is imposed by the engine builder in the relative maintenance plan. Such a maintenance is at the owner's charge. The latter becomes responsible for all the incidents and damages caused by a bad or missed maintenance.

With regard to the security, FROM AUTOMAZIONI automations comply with all the EN European laws according to the various Community Directives (machinery 98/37/CE, construction products 89/106/CE; electromagnetic compatibility 89/336 CE) contemplating the various typologies of the product or of the components that consent affixing the EC mark respecting all the essential requirements held in the same directives.
Look for the products with the label "TESTED EN" in the website.
The label "TESTED EN" identifies the automations tested in conformity with the European Norms with regard to the impact power that corresponds to all the security and service requirements.
In such a way FROM AUTOMAZIONI makes easier the installation procedure to the fitter of drawing up the Certificate of Conformity.

Besides the simple standard product production we can offer to our Client the custom products for special automations made by the Client's request.
We pay great attention to the Clients' requests and we interact with them from the very first product concept phases till the production process.
We use advanced CAD-CAM systems to reduce the time-to-market and to guarantee the high qualifying standards.
Thanks to our know-how gained during all these years we have been working with automation systems we are able even to plan the aluminium moulds for die-casting and plastic injection moulds made of motor components which we make entirely at our Company thanks to the CNC control number machines.
